Lovemead Group Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our friendly Patient Services Team at our town centre general practice in Trowbridge.

If you’re passionate about helping others, thrive in a busy environment, and have experience in a customer-facing role, we’d love to hear from you!

What the Role Involves

This is much more than just a reception role. You will:

  • Welcome and assist patients both in-person and over the phone
  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks including scanning and managing triage requests
  • Respond to high volumes of patient queries professionally and efficiently
  • Signpost patients to relevant services and sources of information
  • Work closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues as part of a collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A calm, compassionate, and confident communicator
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Flexibility to cover shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including covering absences
