A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Clerk for the Gastroenterology Ambulatory Unit. The role includes providing clerical support, managing appointments, and reception duties. Ideal candidates will possess good general education and be computer literate. Previous medical records experience and Welsh language skills are desirable. To provide a quality clerical service to the Gastroenterology Ambulatory Unit (GACU) and Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD) Nurse Led Service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To provide quality Clerical Officer Support to the Team and its Patients. Ensuring all appointments are booked correctly and efficiently in a timely manner in accordance with the Health Board Policies and Procedures and all documentation is updated in line with the service requirements and standards.
To provide reception cover for the service. Answering Telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring a high level of professionalism is maintained.
