You will manage the reception desk, assist with events, and ensure the highest level of service for clients and guests. This role is based in the office from Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £40,000 plus benefits.

Our client is a leading private equity firm in Mayfair, and they are looking to hire (due to promotion) a high performing Receptionist / Team Assistant.

Hours 08:00 – 16:30 and 09:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday in the office

What you’ll be doing day to day
  • You’ll be the first point of contact and ambassador for the firm
  • Managing the reception desk, meeting rooms, travel bookings, taxis
  • Helping with events, facilities, office supplies
  • Arranging external events, making bookings
  • Giving five-star attention to the clients, guests, new joiners and being the go-to person for all support required
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new joiners
  • Building relationships with all service providers
  • Finance support with expenses and invoicing
