The Role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Part‑Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest and caller leaves with a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Greet and welcome guests courteously, anticipating their needs.
  • Manage guest registration, issue passes, and explain HSE and evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, inductions, and transport arrangements.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide local area information.
  • Complete daily activity spreadsheets and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support Facilities Management with general administrative tasks.
