Job summary

A leading law firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Receptionist (Client Support Executive) to provide welcoming services at their Manchester offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and experience in delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers flexibility in working hours, with a total of 21 hours per week across mainly Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Job description

Portico are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist (Client Support Executive) based at the Manchester offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.

As a Client Support Executive you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events.

You will also get involved with other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email phone and the service desk app.

Hours

21 hours per week varying shifts between 07 : 30 and 18 : 00 on primarily Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays

Qualifications

Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills giving them the ability to build long lasting relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management.

Experience of delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential. Experience in a client services role and previous experience in law firm would be advantageous.
