Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy automotive dealership in Patchway. This is a 12-week temporary contract, starting as soon as possible.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Contract: 12 weeks, temporary

Pay: £12.26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers into the dealership with a warm and professional approach
  • Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water) and ensure visitors feel comfortable while waiting to meet sales or service advisers
  • Handle incoming calls to the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts, etc.)
  • Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and courteously
  • Liaise with the sales and service teams to keep the customer experience smooth and efficient
  • Maintain a professional, tidy, and welcoming reception and showroom environment
