A leading Chartered Accountancy firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Receptionist to join their professional team. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing office operations effectively. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, along with prior experience in a receptionist or administrative position. This is a full-time role, and you will enjoy a supportive and friendly workplace.

Monday to Friday- 9am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Opening the office at the start of the day and securing the premises at close of business.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly front-of-house service.
  • Answering and directing incoming tele calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, including sorting and distribution.
  • Supporting general administrative and office duties as required.

The Role

This is a key, client-facing role and would suit someone professional, organised and personable, who takes pride in creating a welcoming first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
