Personable, friendly Receptionist with previous experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring all customers, either on the phone or in person, are greeted in an efficient manner with Family Like Care, and directing them as required.
• Taking responsibility of front desk and phones in busy car dealership ensuring reception is well maintained.
• Supporting colleagues via the switchboard or in person.
• Taking and passing on messages as necessary.
• Some administrative work using email, excel and word.
• Maintaining and reporting stock for beverages.
• Keeping kitchen tidy.
