Office Receptionist Role

Full-time, permanent

5 days a week in Central London

Previous construction exp required

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, manage sign-in/passes, handle security protocols.
  • Answer/direct phone calls, manage emails, handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Filing, data entry, photocopying, manage diaries & book travel/meetings.
  • Assist construction teams, manage supplier queries, order supplies, and handle invoices/petty cash.
  • Keep reception area tidy, ensuring it's well-stocked and presentable.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous reception or administration experience, within construction.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, professional telephone manner, strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
  • Highly organized, multitasking ability, proactive, flexible, good under pressure.
