Job summary

A professional garage in Isleworth is seeking a Reception/Service & Parts Assistant to manage bookings, invoicing, and customer communications. The candidate should have motor trade experience, excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or bank holidays.

Our client is a professional garage that specialise in a prestigious brand but also carry out MOT, servicing & repairs on all makes & models.

The candidate is required to have some experience in the motor trade, and will need to deal with customers face to face, as well as over the phone.

General duties include, booking in & invoicing jobs, ordering parts, taking payments and communication of work load to the 3 technicians.

The company atmosphere is wonderful but they do require someone with a good attitude, time keeping and personality.
