Your role will include
  • Leading from the front during busy periods, keeping energy high and flow smooth.
  • Creating adaptable operational plans that work across both hotels.
  • Ensuring every guest experience is thoughtful, informed, and unforgettable.
  • Coaching teams to deliver excellence in service, billing, and systems.
  • Driving recruitment, onboarding, and development with seasonal awareness.
  • Collaborating with leadership to support wider business and people goals.
  • Using feedback, data (including NPS), and team insights to fuel continuous improvement.
