The Role

This is an opportunity to join a Top 20 international law firm with a substantial UK presence and a highly regarded Real Estate practice operating at the top end of the market. The firm advises on complex, high-value commercial property matters for leading UK and international clients, offering genuine exposure to top-tier work rarely available at a Paralegal level. The Real Estate team is continuing to grow in response to sustained client demand, creating an opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to play a central role in the team's development. You will be joining a collaborative, well-established group known for its supportive culture, flexible working practices and commitment to developing its people. This role offers more than high-quality work. You will be given real responsibility, visibility within the team and the opportunity to shape your own progression, whether that's stepping into a supervisory position, deepening your technical expertise or working toward qualification as a solicitor. The Work
  • Managing a mixed caseload of high-value commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Supporting on complex transactions, often with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional elements
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documentation with a high degree of autonomy
  • Advising on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and related transactional requirements
  • Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated real estate instruction.
Your Experience
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Real Estate legal support role (e.g. Paralegal or Legal Secretary)
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial property transactions
  • Comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating within a wider team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
