We are currently recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Counsel (5+ years PQE) to join a dynamic and expanding London development project. This position involves working across a mix of residential and commercial property to support the Head of Legal and the broader business.

The Role

You’ll engage in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of property documents, including Residential and Commercial Property Transactions, Infrastructure Agreements, Dispute Resolution and act as main point of contact with external counsel throughout the end to end sales process. You will manage completions for "off the plan" sales and track all transactional processes. There is an element of Commercial Property sales and purchase agreements where you’ll also assist with finance documentation and draw downs. You will manage a broad array of property-related disputes from landlord and tenant matters to providing internal advice on risk management, potential exposure and settlement options.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Real Estate Lawyer with 5+ years PQE who is ready for a challenging and rewarding in-house role.
