Job Description

The Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior/Managing Associate will be:



  • Leading contested/uncontested lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices and possession actions


  • Advising high‑value clients including retailers and large‑scale landlords


  • Supporting Partners and Directors on complex, multi‑jurisdictional litigation


  • Drafting pleadings, settlement terms, notices, and advising on strategic case decisions


  • Building strong client relationships through clear, commercial guidance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate should have:

  • A strong academic background with a qualification in law or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in real estate disputes within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex cases effectively.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional client service with a focus on results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • A proactive approach to business development and building client relationships.
