Job description
A look into the role

As an Associate Director within our team you will drive day-to-day execution of real estate advisory mandates—including debt/equity capital raising, refinancing, structured finance and special situations—while supporting senior colleagues and collaborating across service lines. The role is primarily UK-focused but offers exposure to international opportunities through our global network practice, you will:

  • Transaction Execution: Drive day-to-day delivery of debt and equity advisory mandates, including structuring, lender engagement, due diligence, and documentation for development, investment, and refinancing transactions.
  • Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and review detailed cashflow models, and sensitivity analyses; prepare financing memoranda and information packs for lenders and/or investors.
  • Market Intelligence: Research and interpret real estate market trends across sectors (living, office, industrial, retail, hotels, alternatives) to inform financing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support Directors and Partners in managing client and lender relationships; coordinate Q&A and transaction processes.
  • Business Development: Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and marketing materials; contribute to origination efforts and cross-service collaboration.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance to junior colleagues and share real estate expertise with other service lines.
Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Associate Director, you’ll need the following experience:

  • Experience in real estate finance/advisory (debt advisory, corporate finance, restructuring or capital markets).
  • Degree qualified in finance, economics, real estate, or a related discipline, or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional qualification desirable but not essential: ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CFA or RICS.
  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling and analysis; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
