Job description

Insight Employment are urgently seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Driver to work for one of our clients in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

Only fully accredited in-date licence accepted.

The role

You will be working in the spares/returns department dealing with the spare section of the warehouse, dealing with returned stock and confirming goods into the warehouse.

Duties

• Pick, pack and despatch orders
• To perform quality checks on products
• The unloading of containers
• To ensure returns are dealt with within agreed deadlines
• To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• To keep work area clean and tidy
• To maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards
• To achieve the targets and job standards set out by the Warehouse Manager
• To be communicative between Team members
• To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
• Manage the Spares sections of the warehouse, ensuring SRN's are actioned within agreed timescales
• Dealing with Returned stock, and confirming goods into the warehouse
• Experience in stock control
• To perform any reasonable requests set by the Warehouse Manager

Requirements

• Must have an in-date accredited forklift licence.
• Must have had previous experience on a forklift truck.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Must be prepared to do warehouse duties along with forklift work.
• Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be required.
• Must have good level of written and oral English.
• Able to work within a team or on your own.
• Excellent timekeeping.
• Must be reliable and have a good work ethic.
• You should be able to understand health and safety procedures and be able to work in a safe manner.

Shift/Hours

Mon - Fri between 07:00am - 18:00pm

Rates

£13.20 per hour
