The Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit (YHROCU) is looking to appoint an Administrative Officer within the Regional Technical Surveillance Unit located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This specialist department delivers bespoke technical surveillance assistance and solutions in support of serious and organised crime investigations across the whole of the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
The Admin Officer will provide a comprehensive administrative function within the YHROCU Technical Surveillance Unit and will have responsibility for accurately recording, disseminating and extracting information from various sources, administering specialist fleet vehicles and raising requisitions for the purchasing of equipment and services for the department.
The role is advertised as Monday to Friday office hours, with flexibility under the West Yorkshire Police Flexi‑Time Scheme. Training and development opportunities are available to further support the department and the YHROCU.
