Job title: Raw Materials Coordinator

Salary: GBP15.17 per hour

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Location: Hamilton, Leicester

Commutable from: Leicester, Thurmaston, Oadby, Syston, Evington, Birstall, Loughborough.

We are currently recruiting a Raw Materials Coordinator for one of the UK's leading manufacturers of paper consumables. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working within a warehouse or similar environment and to be competent using excel internal systems.

Role

• Operate FLT equipment to ensure the safe unloading of raw material goods
• Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the production teams to ensure the continuous manufacturing of our famous products
• Hold accountability for the rotation of the raw materials in the warehouse ensuring compliance with governing bodies
• Arrange for samples of raw materials for quality control consistently as per the group procedure
• Produce the correct labels for stock within the warehouse
• Ensure the correct paperwork is produced and filed correctly in accordance with guidelines
• Lead the Raw Material Warehouse Operators in their daily activities
• Adhere to all company polices
• Stock control and management
• Liaise with the planning department regarding production schedules to ensure the raw materials are within stock
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using the SAP system

Candidate

• Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment is required
• Counterbalance/Reach FLT license
• Demonstrable experience using computers including Microsoft office and SAP
