RAP Tutor - Foundation Learning

Student Experience Department

Salary: 25,685.02 for term-time only (Pro rata from 30,822.00 per annum)

FTE: (phone number removed) (37 weeks per year, 37 hours per week)

Interviews will take place on: 11/12/2025 and 12/12/2025

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST:

You will monitor the attendance, punctuality, and student progress data of a caseload of students to support their retention and progression. You will deliver relevant tutorial programmes to a cohort of students while working closely with both internal college departments and external agencies to ensure students have access to all the support they may need to ensure they achieve their full potential.
