A rail transportation company is looking for a Supervisor to lead a team of station assistants, ensuring safety and excellent customer service. You will oversee station cleanliness, staff conduct, and train dispatching. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment. Applicants must be able to work flexible shifts, have good interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Supervisory experience and the ability to travel within 60 minutes to the job location are essential.

Opportunities to work on rest days or to do overtime could increase your annual earnings. Some Rail Operators earn up to £30,000 per annum plus regional allowance.

To lead a team of station assistants to provide a safe environment whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. To ensure that customers are extended a welcome to the station, are kept well informed and are assisted as necessary. To ensure that all areas are kept clean and well presented.

Applicants who require a visa must have 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment. Training is full time and you must be able to commit to this.
Our customers need us all day, every day (except Christmas day) and as part of the stations team, you'll need to able to work shifts at all times of the day and on every day of the week.
As this is a GPR position, you will work an average of 37 hours per week across a variety of shifts, Monday to Saturday. Additional shifts on Sunday may be offered and shifts will include a mixture of early, late and nights.
Shifts include:
0600-1400 / 0630-1430 / 0700-1500 / 1400-2200 / 1430-2230 / 1500-2300 / 1500-2400 / 2200-0600 / 2230-0630
