Qualifications

  • Proven delivery of multi-disciplinary rail projects.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Strong background in EPCM and contract management.
  • Expertise in cost, risk, schedule, and change control.
  • Knowledge of Network Rail standards.
  • Experience managing NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of major rail infrastructure projects.
  • Define scope and manage interfaces across teams.
  • Develop implementation plans aligned to cost and schedule.
  • Coordinate resources and maintain capability across teams.
  • Manage stakeholders including regulators and contractors.
  • Control risk, change, and schedule using EVM principles.
  • Oversee contractor performance and schedules.
