Qualifications

• 10+ years of UK main contractor Rail experience.
• Experience at Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager level.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and ICE forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Commercial and Contractual aspects of contracts.
• Monitor and forecast financial results.
• Lead negotiations with customers on commercial matters.
