We’re looking for a detail-focusedQuantity Surveyorto join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing costs across the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and control. Your expertise will be key in delivering accurate budgeting, reporting, and commercial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed cost estimates (materials, labour, overheads)

  • Monitor and manage project budgets and expenditure

  • Carry out regular cost analysis, reporting variances and recommending actions

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers/subcontractors to secure best terms

  • Maintain records of financial transactions and contract variations

  • Prepare valuations and liaise with accounts for invoicing

  • Track retention amounts and warranty expiry dates

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (preferred)

  • Proven experience in construction, ideally with knowledge of structural steel

  • Strong grasp of cost control, financial reporting and contract negotiation

  • Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
