TS Recruitment are actively working with a Tiling contractor who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager to work on commercial projects.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Commercially manage tiling projects with values circa GBP150k
• Carry out site visits to conduct valuations, variations to submit to the main contractor
• Subcontractor / direct staff wages and timesheet approval
• Order materials for site, organise labour and visit site
• A mixed role including office and site work
• Client interaction including attending prestart meetings and site meetings

Knowledge/Experience:

• A strong technical knowledge on tiling

• Full UK driving license
