An experienced Quantity Surveyor is needed to join a Bromsgrove-based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business with multiple projects upcoming.

Responsibilities

• Optimise contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
