About the role:
Lanes Group Ltd is seeking a qualified, experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial department. Your role will be to support commercial best practices to maximize value and minimize risk and cost for both Lanes Group Ltd and our customers. You will accurately value works undertaken, provide records to substantiate costs where necessary, manage change control processes effectively in both Main and Subcontract contexts, and manage client relationships at the contract level.
Location: Various depots and utilities hubs (ideally based in the South of England)
Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
