A leading housing and care services provider is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Milton Keynes office. This role involves overseeing financial and commercial activities including budget control and reporting across housing contracts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, experience in commercial surveying, and strong knowledge of JCT contracts. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £44,982 and benefits such as 25 days annual leave and a car allowance.

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our office-based team in Milton Keynes. This role supports the Head of Operations and Partnership Director in overseeing financial and commercial activities across housing contracts. You’ll play a key role in budget control, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring commercial performance meets high standards of quality, safety, and value.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
