  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts, procurement, and variations with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and final accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

The Company

Our client is a leading new-build & refurbishment contractor with over half a century in operation and a turnover in excess of £55 million.

Family owned since the 60s they work with a mixture of private and public sector clients across London and the Southeast delivering high quality new build, refurbishment & retrofit projects ranging between £5m and £50m for local authorities, schools, hospitals, commercial organisations and housing associations.

The Role

Currently seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work on £10m+ temporary accommodation scheme, which involves the installation of pre-constructed modular units.
