Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new opportunity in the construction industry? We have a permanent role available with a boutique consultancy based in Altrincham.

Our client, an established company, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Responsibilities include tendering, cost management, and handling contract terms, with proficiency in JCT contracts required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quantity surveying tasks and cost analysis for construction projects.
2. Prepare estimates, tenders, and cost plans.
3. Manage contract variations and valuations.
4. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
5. Provide advice on commercial matters.
6. Assist in developing and implementing cost management strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
2. Strong knowledge of commercial quantity surveying, tendering, and contract management.
3. Proficiency in JCT contracts.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Full UK driving license.
