Qualifications

  • Lead Auditor - ISO 9001 with current version and willingness to complete conversion courses.
  • Knowledge of upcoming changes to ISO 9001.
  • Experience training employees in quality assurance.
  • Experience in an Integrated Facilities Management business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to maintain ISO certifications.
  • Manage audits and continuous improvement projects.
  • Produce reports and analyze quality data.
  • Train FM staff on quality assurance practices.

Skills

Lead Auditor - ISO 9001
Knowledge of upcoming changes to ISO 9001
Experience in conducting remote site audits
Proven ability to deliver quality assurance training
Experience in developing e-learning modules
Integrated Facilities Management experience
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
Working knowledge of BI Reports
Experience using Microsoft Visio, Planner, etc.
Experience with Construction-Line Gold/Safe-Contractor
Experience with Accreditation Bodies for ISO 9001
Process-driven approach
Experience in conducting quality investigations
