A leading FMCG manufacturer in Tandragee is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety. Candidates should have experience in Quality Management within food manufacturing, strong knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards, and excellent leadership skills. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the site’s Quality and Food Safety systems.
• Maintain compliance with BRC, customer, and internal audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within Quality systems and production processes.
• Develop and lead the site HACCP team and ensure policies are updated.
• Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Conduct internal audits and lead external audit preparations.
• Train, mentor and support the Quality team to deliver against KPIs.
