Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Worthing. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance standards and controls. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, identifying and resolving quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring team members on best practices. The Quality Manager will also work closely with the production team to maintain product excellence and improve processes.

This is a hands on position that will require an adaptable and organised individual
