At Teconnex we are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products and services consistently delight our customers.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee internal and external quality performance, lead compliance with IATF 16949 and AS9100D, and spearhead our Quality Strategic Plan. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute the Quality Strategic Plan .
  • Drive improvements in key business KPIs, working closely with the local management team.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process capability and reduce scrap, COPQ, and customer concerns.
  • Act as the Manufacturing Systems Expert (MSE) and champion Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA).
