Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Northamptonshire is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee product quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in quality management, a solid understanding of HACCP, and the ability to inspire high standards across the team. Responsibilities include maintaining BRC certification, training staff, and leading the HACCP team in a dynamic environment.
