The position is primarily remote with occasional travel.

The Quality Management (QM) Specialist will provide oversight and coordination of Quality Management activities across the Global Sales and Customer Success (GSCS) organization for the EMEA Zone and DACH Region, as well as several smaller, non-zone-specific groups. This role is critical to driving continuous improvement, supporting internal and external audit readiness, and ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and Siemens\' Elements of Quality Management.
The position can be 100% remote with an option for hybrid work at a Siemens DISW EMEA office hub.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who can communicate and coordinate effectively across cultural and functional boundaries within a global matrixed organization. This role will report to the Global GSCS Quality Senior Manager (USA-based).
