A leading community health provider in Rugby seeks an experienced Quality Lead to oversee clinical quality and effectiveness. The role involves strategic leadership, ensuring compliance with standards, and developing quality assurance processes. We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join our Warwickshire 019 service. You will provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical quality and effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of services. As the Quality Lead, you will ensure safe, high‑quality care is consistently delivered across the unit. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will advise the Senior Leadership Team on compliance with clinical, regulatory, and professional standards, including CQC regulations, CQUINs, and KPIs. You will lead and provide assurance on core quality functions including medicines management, adult safeguarding (health), infection prevention and control, health and safety, and clinical governance and CQC compliance. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, Head of Quality & Risk, Chief Pharmacist, and others, you will help embed quality into practice and drive continuous improvement.
