PCB Inspector

Bedfordshire

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused PCB Inspector to support our clients busy production team. You'll be part of a well-established electronics manufacturer where accuracy, collaboration, and quality are at the heart of everything they do.

Main Duties as a PCB Inspector:
  • Carry out inspections on a variety of electronic assemblies, including:

  • SMT and through-hole populated PCBs

  • Cable assemblies and harnesses

  • Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks down to component level

  • Detect faults or non-conformities and provide clear, constructive feedback to production staff

  • Use magnifiers, optical aids, and precision tools for close inspection work

  • Maintain accurate inspection records and complete quality documentation

  • Assist with packing and preparing products for UK and local dispatch when required

  • Provide occasional support to other production teams with quality checks

What We're Looking For as PCB Inspector:
  • Proven experience in inspecting electronic assemblies within a PCB production or manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of component-level inspection standards

  • Confident using inspection equipment and reading technical build documentation
