A leading catering butcher company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Technical QA Assistant to ensure the maintenance of food safety systems and liaise with relevant parties on quality assurance matters. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Food Safety System policies and procedures.
  • Conducting HACCP studies and document control.
  • Coordinating internal audits and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
  • Collecting micro samples as scheduled and managing traceability.
  • Conducting daily audits of CCPs and temperature checks.
  • Performing quality checks and GMP/Fabric audits.
