Job summary

A care service organization is looking for a Quality and Compliance Partner to develop and implement a comprehensive quality framework. This role involves extensive assessments of service quality in residential and supported accommodation settings. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of relevant regulations and experience in assessing service delivery quality. The position is primarily home-based with travel to services necessary, aiming to enhance compliance and improve overall service quality for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of relevant regulations including The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Experience with assessing service quality in a residential care context.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality framework for residential care services.
• Lead assessments of service quality, both remotely and on-site.
• Support operational teams in standardizing processes and procedures.
