Are you passionate about driving excellence in care? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance across a group of care homes in Norfolk and Suffolk.

This is a pivotal role where you'll champion best practices, lead audits, and ensure services not only meet but exceed industry standards.

You will be based out of the Norwich Head Office, but regular travel to sites across Norfolk and Suffolk is required.

We're looking for someone with:

In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

Proven experience in internal auditing, compliance, and quality management systems.

Strong analytical and report writing skills.

A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal audits across all services.

Monitor compliance with CQC and PAMMS standards.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance.

Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

Support and guide teams to uphold quality and safety standards.

Build strong relationships across the organisation to foster a culture of excellence.

Annual salary £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Bonus 5% - based on KPIs
