Overview

Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking for flexible daily supply work in Scunthorpe and surrounding areas? Aspire People is currently seeking enthusiastic ECT Teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Scunthorpe and surrounding areas. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of students across all year groups. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum. Aspire People will provide you with day-to-day supply teaching as well as give you the opportunity for long-term roles. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum.
  • Support class teachers and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt tasks and activities to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities.
  • Maintain professional plus effective classroom management and behaviour management.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain appropriate records as required by the school and Aspire People.
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher status
  • A passion for creating engaging and dynamic lessons
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
