Overview

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking for flexible daily supply work in Louth and surrounding areas? We are currently seeking enthusiastic ECT teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Louth and surrounding areas. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of students across all year groups. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum. Aspire People will provide you with day-to-day supply teaching as well as the opportunity for long-term roles. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum.
• Teach across all year groups as part of a flexible supply pool.
• Partake in day-to-day supply teaching with potential for long-term roles.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of a diverse pupil cohort and support their development.

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status
• A passion for creating engaging and dynamic lessons
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
• An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
