About the Role

As QA Manager, you’ll take ownership of all things quality – from raw materials through to finished goods. You’ll lead internal audits, keep the factory compliant with BRCGS standards, and make sure technical specs aren’t properly completed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Organised, detail-driven, and proactive.
  • Confident in leading audits and dealing with customers.
  • Skilled in spotting gaps in quality systems – and fixing them fast.
  • Comfortable liaising across all levels of a business, from operators to directors.
