  • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Monitor stock levels and highlight replenishment needs.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and ensure accurate recording.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate product information, codes, and purchasing records.
  • Source new suppliers and products as required.
  • Process supplier invoices and support reconciliation.
  • Compare supplier options to ensure value and quality.
  • Communicate supplier delays or issues to internal teams.
  • Support internal teams with pricing updates.
  • Coordinate direct deliveries as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
