Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administration Assistant to manage purchase orders, update SAP systems, and ensure smooth communication between warehouses and manufacturing sites. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work within timelines while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders from placement to arrival.
  • Update SAP system and record goods receipts for all incoming materials.
  • Apply landing cost charges for purchase orders in SAP.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouses and manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and BRC Quality Management System standards.
  • Report any issues to the Business Support Team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills; administrative background preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in PC skills: keyboard, Internet, Email, Google Sheets.
  • Flexible, deadline-driven, and eager to learn to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
