Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for procurement of supplies (spare parts and deck order for fleet of yachts).
  • Selection and updating quotation from various suppliers.
  • Responsible for reception of incoming supplies and provisions.
  • Helps in running small storage facilities and end of the month stock taking.
  • Arranges delivery of supplies, spare parts and provision to the yachts.
  • Liaise with Operation team in determining their needs, status of delivery and other logistics arrangement.
  • Possibility for overseas business trips.
  • Advise management of the status of work in progress, coordinates with manufacturing, quality.
  • Arrange logistics for products including handle customs declarations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager.

Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing Management or any related studies
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in purchasing, logistics or procurement
  • Experience in the yacht industry will be an advantage
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Hardworking and able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Immediately available is preferred
