Job summary

A public sector organization is seeking an experienced HR leader to advise on service development and champion best HR practices at St. Luke's Hospital, Armagh. This temporary role requires at least 2 years of HR management experience or 5 years in senior HR roles. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in HR policy development and support business plans. A relevant degree and driving license are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior management role within HR/OD.
  • Or at least 5 years' experience in a senior HR/OD role.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support the directorate in service development.
  • Champion best practice people management.
  • Provide leadership in HR policy development.

Skills

Strong evidence of HR support
Experience in strategic HR issues
Knowledge of continuous improvement
Industrial relations experience

Education

Relevant university degree or professional qualification (CIPD)
