Qualifications

• Part 3 trained is highly desirable.
• Substantial Data Protection / FOI experience, particularly around decision making.
• Experience of working in a confidential environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on Data Protection, Freedom of Information, and Information Sharing matters.
• Ensure compliance with necessary policies and procedures.

Skills

DP Qualified (Part 2 and Part 3)

Previous Experience in policing

Proven Experience in data protection

Hold a professional Data Protection and/or FOI qualification

Experience of managing a team

Good verbal and written communication skills

Accuracy to detail
