About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hounslow Public Health team as the Public Health Officer – Integrated Lifestyle Stakeholder Liaison. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening collaboration across the Healthy Hounslow partnership – a network of four providers delivering integrated health and wellbeing services across the borough.

You’ll lead initiatives to build community engagement, promote Healthy Hounslow, and ensure the service is accessible to those who need it most. Working closely with local organisations, residents, and stakeholders, you’ll help increase awareness, boost referrals, and shape services to reflect the diverse needs of Hounslow’s communities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in strategic partnership working, community outreach, and public health communications – while making a tangible difference to health and wellbeing outcomes across the borough.

About The Team You’ll Be Working In

The role sits within Hounslow’s Health Improvement team, a dynamic sub‑team within Public Health dedicated to enabling healthier behaviours and reducing health inequalities across the borough.

The team commissions and oversees the Healthy Hounslow partnership, which delivers a wide range of health and wellbeing interventions, including weight management, exercise on referral, smoking cessation, health and wellbeing coaching, and community NHS health checks.

You’ll work with a diverse network of partners – spanning private sector organisations, NHS services, and local leisure providers – to support integrated service delivery and strengthen cross‑sector collaboration.

Reporting to the Senior Public Health Officer (Healthy Lifestyle & Tobacco Control), this post offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative public health delivery.
