Work is expected to be carried out in a stepped‑care, high‑volume environment, maintaining a minimum of 25 hours’ clinical contact per week and managing a significant number of active cases concurrently. Low‑intensity workers also provide information on common pharmacological treatments and support patients in making decisions that optimise the use of such treatments.
